1. Subscriptions & Billing

• By subscribing to My Wondermail, you agree to recurring monthly charges until canceled.

• Payments are processed automatically on the same day each month.

• You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Canceling stops future charges but does not refund months that have already shipped.

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once a letter has been printed and mailed.

• Merchandise returns are handled according to our [Refund Policy].

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Subscription letters ship the first week of each month.

• Shipping is included in your subscription price.

• Merchandise orders are shipped within 5–7 business days, with rates calculated at checkout.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All stories, letters, illustrations, and activities are the property of My Wondermail.

• Content is provided for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We do our best to deliver magic on time, but occasional postal delays or errors may occur.

• My Wondermail is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

• Your information is collected only to fulfill your subscription or order.
