❓ What is My Wondermail?
My Wondermail is a monthly magical mail subscription for kids. Each month, your child receives a letter from Brindlewick the Forest Wizard — filled with stories, puzzles, and surprises — straight from the Wonderway portal.
❓ What age is this for?
We designed My Wondermail for curious minds ages 5–12. Younger kids may need a little help from grown-ups to solve puzzles — which makes it a fun family activity.
❓ What subscription options do you have?
You can choose your own adventure:

Digital Explorer ($9/month): A PDF version of each month’s letter, puzzles, and activities — perfect for printing at home or using on a tablet.

Letter & Stickers ($15–19/month): A beautifully printed letter, collectible stickers, and puzzles delivered to your mailbox.

Premium Adventure Kit ($25/month): Everything above, plus a themed craft or collectible (like building your own Flitterfly!) and a handmade, personalized lore book — crafted in our Gainesville, Florida studio — to hold your child’s adventure keepsakes.
❓ When will we get our first letter?
Your first letter ships the first week of the month after you subscribe. For example, if you subscribe in February, your first letter will arrive the first week of March.
❓ Can we join in the middle of a story?
Yes! Each new subscription begins at the start of the current story arc so your child can follow the adventure from the very beginning.
❓ Can we cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account — no tricks, no hidden fees.
