  • Because our letters are custom-printed and story-driven, subscription payments are non-refundable once a month has shipped.

  • You may cancel anytime to stop future charges.

  • Shipping is included in your subscription β€” there are no additional fees to refund.

Merchandise

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted on non-personalized merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Personalized or handmade items (such as lore books) are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
